Romy Caro did an excellent job selling my Mom’s house and 5 acres! My Mom had never sold a house, but Romy made the process efficient, understandable. She closely communicated with my Mom throughout the entire process, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. The listing and pictures were professionally done, and Romy ensured a wide distribution on real estate sites and to other realtors. Romy facilitated contact with a professional title company, mobile notary, and personally checked my mom’s house on a regular basis. She even discovered an issue with a natural gas regulator and was available for the repairman to fix the problem! She is personable, listens, is patient and fun! I would highly recommend Romy for your real estate needs, whether selling or buying in the Flathead Valley and surrounding area.

Romy was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted her to assist me with the sale of my home for an out of state move. She made me feel welcomed and at ease throughout the process, which alleviated my stress. Her kind calming presence, and easy confidence gave me the feeling of being taken care of and in good hands. She initiated several in person sit downs with me at various stages of the process so that she could explain in detail what was happening and what to expect. She always made a point to keep in contact with me and I knew that I was on her mind and she was working hard for me. Romy was always easy to reach and if I initiated contact, she responded quickly. Romy’s clients know they are important to her and she is what I would consider to be a highly trusted and competent agent. My mother is moving soon and will definitely be using Romy. We REALLY appreciated having Romy as our agent and she did a GREAT job! Our situation was a bit sensitive with a renter in the home who had wanted to buy the home but came into some tough circumstances and could not. We really appreciated her kindness and sensitivity in this situation and Romy made the process smooth and agreeable. Confident that the home would sell, she did not put up a For Sale sign so the renter would not have to put up with many lookers. It was also nice working with her because she knew Montana's real estate well and what our home could sell for. Our home had been a rental for many years and needed some TLC so we had to sell it "as is". She was right on with the pricing. Good job! We highly recommend Romy.

Romy Caro was recommended to us by a friend, and we were so fortunate to have her help in selling our home. We were already in process on our move to another area, and her ideas and personal attention to making our house show to its best advantage were a great help to us. Walking through the house, we made a quick list of details that could be taken care of quickly and inexpensively, and she gave us names of good workers to call to get them done. She helped us to set the asking price, and advised a little more than we thought the house might bring. In a very short time we had two very good offers, and settled on one that was a bit over the price. Our goal of selling quickly for a good price was achieved. She was always prompt in answering our questions and returning calls, and quick to inform us of showings and offers. And she went to the house often to check on things as it was sitting empty. Romy is smart, empathetic, enthusiastic attentive, and fun to work with. By far our best real estate agent ever!

Romy worked to understand what we were looking for, spent time with us in our pursuit, became our advocate when things got difficult (especially when we had to initiate a few repairs based on our inspection), and provided a step by step process we could follow from beginning to end. She then followed up to make sure we were settling in OK. We would recommend her to anyone.

Romy was absolutely great to work with! She is knowledgeable of the area, and knew what areas I would like or dislike based on my preferences. Once I found the property I loved, her expertise helped to make our dream home a reality. Her knowledge on the buying process helped to make it a smooth experience even through the Covid-19 pandemic. She answered all of my questions and brought up things that I wouldn't have known to ask. She is a wealth of information, honest and friendly. I highly recommend her as a agent!

Does her best to get the right person with the right home. Easy to get a hold of and always willing to go above and beyond. she always worked around my schedule and worked with the other Realtor and lenders to make sure everything got done on time.
