I am a native Montanan, raised in the heart of this vast state on a sheep ranch. After graduating from MSU, I worked across several service-focused industries, including elementary education, health and fitness, culinary wellness, and senior life enrichment. These experiences all centered around helping others — a passion I carry forward in my real estate career today.

I have called the beautiful Flathead Valley home for over 40 years. My husband and I raised our two daughters in Whitefish, and for the past 17 years, we’ve enjoyed living in Columbia Falls.

I recently purchased a house with Sandi and have been thrilled with her service. My move included working with Sandi over the course of a year and moving across the country. From providing listings throughout the year, providing recommendations on areas and other items to think about (which out of towners would not know), Sandi was there every step of the way. There were a lot of ‘above-and-beyonds’ she helped perform for us such as driving outto properties (while we were out of state) and helping us virtually tour them. Additionally, she helped gather outside opinions on items arising during home inspection towards helping us feel comfortable in the house we purchased. Everything from the start of the process to the end was smooth and the lack of issues which arose is a testament to her. I am extremely grateful that I had the chance to work with her towards finding Montana home! I would gladly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top real estate agent.

We want to bring to your attention to the service our realtor, Sandi Smith of PureWest Real Estate, delivered for us in our purchase of a timeshare at the Meadow Lake Resort. This relationship began when we walked into your office at the Meadow Lake property. We were met by Sandi Smith and we immediately told her we were just driving around the project and wanted to see what might be available. Instead ofreeling out a whole listing of choices, she first took us to a floor model of the project and talked about the full Meadow Lake concept. This was something we really came to appreciate, as it helped us to know the full benefit of becoming a timeshare owner at this property.The term “customer service” has been used so often that those who, in reality, cannot perform have diluted the true meaning of the word. Quite often, they use this term to elevate their shoddy customer service to a higher level without the effort. In writing this letter, I have chosen the words “customer service” in speaking of this realtor’s efforts to satisfy the customer in the old-world sense. Customer service in those days meant doing superb work, using skills and care exceeding normal. In that sense, Sandi Smith certainly does stand out from so many other contacts, I have had in the past.
