Matt, a native of Florida, moved to Whitefish after college. He has dedicated his entire professional life to the real estate industry and has predominately reigned over the Whitefish real estate market since 1998. His attentiveness to client needs, dedication to excellent service, and true knowledge of the business have driven his success. He has assisted with developing Whitefish's most prestigious subdivisions and sold some of the most amazing properties in the Whitefish market.
Matt has received numerous awards over the years, such as the winner of "Thirty Under Thirty" designation from the National Association of Realtors - honoring top producing Realtors in the U.S. under 30 years of age, the International Presidents Circle Award which is granted only to the top 4% of all National Coldwell Banker Realtors, and has been the #1 Realtor in the state of Montana for Coldwell Banker and Trails West for over the past 12 years. Matt is pleased to have joined forces with PureWest Real Estate as an exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate and has been the number one sales agent for several years running for all of PureWest Real Estate!
In Matt's personal time, he enjoys downhill skiing in the winter and water sports, as well as fishing throughout the summer with his daughters Emily and Sydney. Golf is a passion of his, and he won a hole-in-one at the Iron Horse member golf tournament in 2008.

My wife and I bought our house August of 2020 in Whitefish after viewing a few properties. Matt, Crystal, and Sean have been wonderful to work with especially during COVID. We have since used their help to purchase two other homes. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting to move to the area.

Matt is our go-to Realtor for many reasons. He is the most responsive hard working Realtor we've ever had the opportunity to work with. He knows the inventory, always answers his phone & immediately responds to text messages, and his best asset is negotiating and keeping the deal together. I can't say enough about Matt. He's amazing
