As a military family, we moved more than a dozen times and worked with many, many different realtors in almost every geographical region of the U.S. By far, Karina was the most professional, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and fun real estate professional we've ever worked with. While on a property search in Idaho, we happened to see a Montana listing of hers online which looked exactly like the dream property we had been hoping to find - - lakefront, gorgeous mountain views, privacy. It was the marketing materials - - a gorgeous drone / mixed media video of the property that caught our attention. Karina's friendly and immediate response was a true bonus. She had already booked several showings for this new listing, but happily agreed to show us the property on an upcoming Sunday -- stupidly, we didn't even think about it being Easter Sunday and she didn't say a word! I apologized profusely once we realized it was indeed Easter Sunday and we had taken her away from her family, but she was incredibly gracious about it and spent more than an hour cheerfully traipsing around the six acres and lake frontage with us. That's how hard she works for her sellers! Because we weren't associated with a realtor in Montana, we asked her on the spot if she'd consider representing us as buyers as well as her seller.
With the utmost integrity, she first had a conversation with her seller to ensure the seller was comfortable with us submitting an offer through Karina. The arrangement made for the most seamless property purchase we've EVER enjoyed. I've never felt more comfortable in knowing we were in great hands. She's a wealth of information and fun tips and continues to check in on us and our progress in selecting an architect, etc. She'll forever be on our list of friends in Montana and we can't recommend her enough to both buyers and sellers!

I’ve worked with three realtors in my lifetime and Karina Lanier was the best! My aunt was diagnosed with dementia, and I needed to move her closer to me which meant selling her house. It was a tricky situation. Karina listened with compassion and went over and beyond to help us with our specific needs. She moved quickly and was a great communicator throughout the process which included recommending movers and consignment shops, staging the house, great photography of the house, pricing it right, leading the open house, dealing with appraisers, etc. She paid attention to details and was able to solve problems quickly. Mostly what I want to communicate is that she gained my complete trust through the process which took a lot of stress off of me and my aunt. Simply put, she is an absolutely wonderful realtor!

Karina is amazing!! She sold our place in Missoula and everything went very smooth from start to finish. She works with amazing photographers to get the perfect photos of the home inside and out. She was constantly on top of all the paperwork that needed to be done and was always readily available if you had questions or needed anything. And to top it off, she is the nicest person. I can't recommend her enough!!

The first thing Karina told us upon listing and the selling of our home in Bigfork, MT was, "I work for you" and she followed that policy from start to finish. Karina absolutely and always had our best interests at heart. She had fresh ideas and managed to keep attention and focus on our home from listing until closing. We could not be more pleased, nor compliment her enough on her honesty, professionalism, understanding of the market, making herself available and worked tirelessly for a successful sale. She eased us through the whole process. If you are looking for an Agent with all these qualifications, then Karina is your gal, you just can't do any better.

Karina knows the Montana market. She is super intuitive and always impressed us with information about the nuances of different areas and property types. Her focus is the Flathead Valley, but she helped us investigate properties all over the state. We are difficult clients! We know this about ourselves, but Karina never let us feel like we were bothering her.
