Hi, I’m Cheyanna Barbao—a proud Montanan with a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, values, and natural beauty that make this state so special. I’ve spent half of my life in Montana, growing up between here and Southern California, but Montana has always felt like home. I’ve lived in Livingston, Helena, and now Bozeman, where my husband, Michael, and I have built a life and are raising our five amazing children.
Family is everything to me. I believe Montana is one of the best places to raise a family, and I feel incredibly blessed to be doing just that in the Gallatin Valley. My dad, a former rodeo bull rider, passed down his love for this state and instilled in me a deep respect for hard work, resilience, and the simple joys of life.
After spending 15 years as a stay-at-home mom, I felt called to pursue my passion for real estate—an interest that’s been with me for years. Growing up around the building industry through my husband’s work as a contractor gave me a firsthand look at what it takes to turn a house into a home. With a family background in construction, entrepreneurship, and real estate, this path feels like a natural extension of who I am.
I bring a strong work ethic, a creative eye for design, and a deep commitment to service. My professional background includes early childhood education and over 10 years in the service industry—experiences that have shaped my ability to connect with people, multitask effectively, and always go the extra mile.
I’m passionate about building lasting relationships and helping others navigate their real estate journey with confidence and clarity. Whether I’m meeting new clients, hiking in the mountains, dancing with friends, or cheering on my kids at their events, I bring the same energy, integrity, and enthusiasm to everything I do.
I’m excited to continue this journey and help others plant roots, chase dreams, and create lasting memories here in Montana.
