It'd been 20 years since my husband and I last contracted with a real estate agent to sell our house – but this time around, there I was alone: a widow...selling a house myself for the very first time. But not REALLY "alone" because, this time, I had PureWestMT/Chrsitie's real estate agent Ona Magaro at my side, every step of the way. And I'm so very glad that I did! I also needed someone familiar with the Montana vacation rental market; I needed a detail woman with a wide variety of skills, and Ona was indeed all that. Ona was also super-reassuring for my nerves (definitely a plus!) as well as calm, honest, and forthright in her interactions with me...speedy to send out and reply to emails between us...so wise in her real estate knowledge and experience. During negotiations with the buyer, Ona was able to reach a "win/win" situation for both seller and buyer alike. Kind and hard-working, Ona was also reliable, creative, persistent, ethical and, in my opinion, quite wonderful...I'm so very glad I had Ona "doing the very heavy lifting" for me in my most recent house sale, and I heartily recommend her excellent skills and good heart.
