I grew up in a small town in Northern Michigan. The area is known for its beautiful lakes, stunning views, and outdoor recreation. When I was 21, I moved out west. Whitefish, Montana was everything I had grown to love about my hometown with the added majesty of the Rocky Mountains. Not only is Whitefish beautiful but coming from a small community in Michigan I felt instantly at home here. I have lived here for 15 years. Creating a life here is my dream come true. I have a 4-year-old daughter, Adalyn, and a 4-year-old stepdaughter, Shale. I strive to teach them honesty, kindness, patience, and to “do unto others as you would have them do onto to you”. These are values I live by. I have been in the service industry for 20 years. Customer satisfaction and helping people are what drive me. I am proud of my work ethic. My goal is to make my clients feel at ease and make buying or selling their home as stress free as possible. Being a real estate agent is a dream of mine. I am happy to be here. I have had many people in my life guide me along the way and I would love the opportunity to pay that forward.

She is not only a patient and fine listener, but she was relentless in finding just the right home for us. Her extensive contacts put together a great team for financing, insurance, etc. Kody and her "team" put us into a home that was far above what we ever dreamed or hoped for. Kody was a great buyers agent. We were informed promptly about new listings that met our criteria and quickly answered our questions on properties. She was accessible for viewings and was very honest about quality and pricing; never overselling a property. Whitefish is a tough market as there are very few listings and you have to act quickly on the good ones. She did virtual viewings when we were far away. Her focus was that we would be happy and not have buyers remorse. She was very easy to work with and we never felt pressured.

. We flew in from Washington State for 2 days wanting to see what the Flathead Valley had to offer. We were not familiar with the area.

. Kody was referred to us from a friend of Serena’s that lives in Kalispell

. We both liked Kody from the first time we met her

. She proved to be trustworthy, punctual and available

. She even showed us properties on Mother’s Day, much appreciated


. Prior to our arrival Kody worked with us to select properties we might be interested in

. She made calls to listing agents and made arrangements when we could see the properties and emailed the itinerary before we arrived.

. Once we arrived we met her at the first property.

. After showing us a few properties Kody was able to determine what we liked and didn't like very quickly, both location and style

. She identified properties she felt were overpriced, or didn’t fit our profile which saved us time

. Kody answered all our questions promptly and if she didn’t know she researched and got the answers

. She made contact with the Eagle Bend Golf Club regarding initiation and monthly fees

. Kody obtained a copy of the Eagle Bend North HOA covenants


. On the second day there we decided to make an offer

. Kody advised us to offer less than asking, citing days on the market and market trends

. She helped us through the negotiating process to a successful conclusion


. Kody established a good working relationship with the Selling Agent

. Kody suggested a Home Inspector she had worked with before

. She helped work through the Home Inspection repair items making sure deadlines were met

. Prior to move in Kody gave us names of housekeepers, landscaping maintenance, painters and fence contractors

. She even arranged to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in

To summarize, Kody did an amazing job working with clients from out of state, solving problems and was always available to help with whatever we needed. Her knowledge of the area, the real estate market and her willingness to help her clients tells you all you need to know.
