Courtney comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs and small business owners. She moved to Whitefish after selling her thriving yoga studio, finally fulfilling her dream of creating a life amongst the wild landscape of the Montana mountains.

Well versed in the art of cross-country relocation, she can’t wait to help you connect to the community as you plant your roots in the spectacular Flathead Valley. With an inherent eye for design and passion for aesthetic, cultivating the perfect home is a craft that Courtney loves to share with her clients.

An avid hiker, dedicated yogi and lover of poetry, Courtney also enjoys chasing the Aurora Borealis and jamming out to bluegrass & folk music. She lives with her two children – her rescue huskies, Nya & Luna.

Within three days of having Courtney assigned as my realtor, she masterfully coordinated a one-day tour of all available properties in the area to expedite my trip into town. Within the week, after considerable back and forth, Courtney had negotiated a buy/sell agreement on the perfect property for me. Her knowledge of the real estate industry and passion for her profession truly shined in every step of the home buying process. Courtney went to great lengths obtaining the appropriate documents for the transaction, as well as, getting the inspector and appraiser onto the property with astounding speed. My wife and I were in the steps of moving cross border and decided on Montana for various reasons, while in the area of Whitefish my wife ran into Courtney at her office having an appreciation event and they got to chatting. From there it was done, Courtney was our agent. She helped us through our multiple decision-making changes and with the different processes of US real estate. She was always available and knowledgeable. Her and my wife got to be friends, but regardless she always got back to me with any questions I had and either answered them or got me to the right person to answer them. We ended up buying a cabin and acreage with her and both went smoothly. We will work with her going forward on any other sales/purchases we have.
