Nancy Curtis is highly professional in every way. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate field in our area and what the current market in real estate market is doing. She is honest and up front with the information she shares and maintains a hopeful, positive attitude in her interactions with her clients. There is much work and expertise involved in the planning and executing of the advertising of the property for sale, and she has such a good eye for highlighting the most important assets of the property. She is a very patient and calming presence in stressful situations involved with buying and selling homes, and she encourages and mentors her clients to be patient as well. Her advice and recommendations are well thought out and well explained to her clients. I would highly recommend Nancy Curtiss for any real estate transactions!

Nancy was very professional and responsive. Our communication was exceptional. Although she has many clients, we always felt like we were a priority, so I imagine all her clients feel the same way. Nancy coordinated all aspects of the transaction in a timely and efficient manner. Since we were dealing with another agent out of state, we had someone to compare her to, and there was no comparison. I wish Nancy could have been our agent in both places. She is worthy of praise in every aspect of her job; she made a very stressful time manageable. We are very thankful we worked with her.
