One easily recognizable name in real estate in northwestern Montana is that of Paul D. Wachholz. Moving to Montana from Colorado in 1967 Paul became vice president of a local bank and, through that experience, began to grow and develop his love of real estate. After 21 years in the banking industry he started his own real estate company which established itself at that time as the largest real estate company in the state of Montana. Fourteen years later, he had nine offices in every community in northwestern Montana.
In the years since, Paul has been investing in and developing land in the area stretching from the Canadian Border all the way to Plains, MT. There are numerous projects in this region that are a direct result of the expertise and resources of Mr. Wachholz and his team.
